What is a rhinestone tranfer?
A rhinestone is made out of glass and is cut to look like a diamond. Hot fix rhinestones are rhinestones that have been cut with a flat back and have heat-activated adhesive applied to them, which allow them to be applied to fabric. A rhinestone tranfer is a group of hot fix rhinestones that have been arrange into a design that can then be heat press onto fabric.

What type of elements do you use in your transfers?
We use top grade Korean rhinestones and rhinestuds with commercial grade heat activated glue. We do not use Chinese rhinestones.

What is a rhinestud?
Rhinestuds are metal that has been faceted to take the shape of a rhinestone so they have a sparkle.

How do I apply rhinestone transfers?
We recommmend using a heat press to apply our rhinestone transfers. It will ensure that even heat and pressure are applied throughout the design. The following instructions are for a standard 100% cooton garment.

1. Preheat the heat press to 340-350 degrees farhrenheit.
2. Set pressure to "medium to firm". The heat press table should have 1/4" silicone pad so that the pressure is distributed evenly over the enitre transfer.
3. Lay the garment on the heat press table. If your garment is sheer/thin, place a piece of Teflon or parchment paper inside the garment so that the rhinestones do not stick through the top layer of the garment. This may also help to prevent the "impression" of the design showing through to the other side of the garment.
4. The rhinestone transfer comes between 2 layers of paper. A clear layer and a white layer. The clear layer is sticky and is what holds that rhinestone desing in place. The white layer is what protects the rhinestones from becoming upstuck from the clear layer . The clear layer is heat resistant and is the top of the transfer. The white layer is not heat resistant and is the bottom layer of the transfer.
5. More than one transfer design may be on the tranfer paper. If this is the case, cut out the specific transfer.
6. Slowy and carefully peel the the white layer from the clear layer, discard the white layer.
7. Check the design to make sure none of the rhinestones have moved. Use tweezers to replaced any that have moved out of place.
8. Place the sticky side of the clear layer down onto the garment. If it is not in the desired position, slowy lift the transfer and replace on garment.
9. Cover the clear layer with a Teflon sheet and press for 25-30 seconds. The Teflon sheet is not required but just recommended to protet the heat press.
10. Let cool for 3-5 mins and then slowy peel off the clear layer from the garment.

What are the care instructions for my apparel?
When rhinsetone transfers are appleid correctly, your rhinestone apparel can withstand everyday wear and tear. We recommend that the garment be turned inside out and machine wash on normal settings in cool water. Do nt wash in hot water. Lay flat to dry. Do not put in dryer. Please do not dry clean.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies per order depending on order size. We specialize in quick turnaround times. We are able to usually exceed out customer's expextiations as we strive to turnaround our orders. Typical turnaround time for tranfers is 2-3 days, apparel 5-7 days and up to 14 days for custom activewear.

Do you have minimums?
We often get this question all the time as most of our compeptiors have a minimum to purchase. However we specialize in custom one off orders to accomidate the needs of of clients. Of course, as the quanity goes up, the cost per peice goes down but we glady do any size order.

Do you press on items shipped to you?
Unfortunately, this is just something we are unable to do. We only work with our materials in order to ensure the hightest of quality and to be able to guarantee proper adhesion with those selected materials.
